Our Trainers
Points To Consider When
Selecting A Trainer:
- What is their resume of athletes and/or results?
- How long have the athletes been able to repeat the results they received from training?
- Do you see the same results with different athletes and other people on a consistent basis?
- What is their stance on creating “just weight room results”? In other words: Do they try to prepare the athlete for not just the field but also challenge them to consider life after the game is over?
- Do they use a lot of catchy terms that sounds scientific, yet have little to no merit when you ask questions?
- Are they high pressure? Meaning: Do they breath down your neck to get you or your child to sign up for training?
- Do they spend time with you directly?
- Do they educate you as to why you are doing the activities they assign you or do they just tell you what to do and expect you to not ask question?
- Do you feel comfortable around him or her?
- Is their facility equipped to meet your needs?
- Is the trainer competent enough to meet your needs and can they accept feedback from you?
